First time bringing my vehicle here for service and I will definitely be back! I talked to Ian, he provided fantastic service and was very professional. I was kept updated throughout the day about the progress on my vehicle. I would recommend this place to anyone.
Great service
I just had my wife's 2011 Kia Soul repaired at AAMCO Transmissions in Whitby and I feel compelled to write a review that expresses how pleasant the experience was. Ian, Ryan and Joe were very professional in their approach,. They guy's diagnosed the break issue and quickly presented me with a solution. The car was repaired quicker then I expected and working perfectly. I was shocked to receive a call a few days later from Ryan asking me if everything was ok with the repair or were their any issues he should know about. This is a level of customer service that is not common and was greatly appreciated...Thank you to the AAMCO Team!

Had my Toyota dropped off for what I expected to be some very pricey transmission work, great shop with some honest techs, turns out it wasn't the transmission at all. Very happy with the service, and with Ian in general. I'll be making them my go-to shop from now on.
This facility installed a brand new transmission in my van. They did a super job.
This shop is awesome. Ryan gave top notch customer service along with Ian. They are really nice and there price is reasonable. They work hard and do an amazing job. I recommend going to them because they will fix your car issue efficiently and you will leave with a smile on your face and a sense of relief knowing they fixed the issue properly.

Great experience at AAMCO Durham! My car needed servicing and I was given options without them being pushy. I was able to wait in a clean and comfortable area with a coffee and Cityline. It's far better than your average service shop, I will definitely return.
I use them all the time for my car repairs. They go above and beyond to make sure that everything is working and the customer leaves happy!

Fast Service and they make sure you leave with the problem fixed right. Did my transmission, clutch and engine work 4 years ago and it's still running strong. Did my snow tires and oil change with 24 hours notice! Great Service!
Ian and Kyle are literally angels ! I've had a horrible 5 years with my license and sometime all a person needs is information, care, and true humanity.... All three of those things my brother at aamco have in abundance ! They not only helped me but truly went out of their way to show me what true professionalism and humanity are ! They are the best in the business by a mile and I am truly happy to do business with these amazing human beings ! Ian and Kyle your are truly amazing people and I will do anything for y'all!

The customer service and the staff at AAMCO Whitby are not only friendly but helpful, professional and knowledgeable. They program-scan my Acura Car, gave me good advise on the pro and con to repair or not. Best of all, they did not charge me for this scan and advice unlike any auto-shop, pay before they see your car. I will never go to other auto-repair anymore. Recommend you to go there for yr service.
Mark made my first visit to AAMCO super memorable! As I handed him my key he offered a cool bottle of water on a very hot day, the interaction from then felt like I was hanging out at a friend's place. While chatting with Mark, I found out that AAMCO does more than Service transmissions and operates on a policy of integrity. Big-up yuh nice clean self Mark, stay blessed!
