First time bringing my vehicle here for service and I will definitely be back! I talked to Ian, he provided fantastic service and was very professional. I was kept updated throughout the day about the progress on my vehicle. I would recommend this place to anyone.
Great service
I just had my wife's 2011 Kia Soul repaired at AAMCO Transmissions in Whitby and I feel compelled to write a review that expresses how pleasant the experience was. Ian, Ryan and Joe were very professional in their approach,. They guy's diagnosed the break issue and quickly presented me with a solution. The car was repaired quicker then I expected and working perfectly. I was shocked to receive a call a few days later from Ryan asking me if everything was ok with the repair or were their any issues he should know about. This is a level of customer service that is not common and was greatly appreciated...Thank you to the AAMCO Team!

Had my Toyota dropped off for what I expected to be some very pricey transmission work, great shop with some honest techs, turns out it wasn't the transmission at all. Very happy with the service, and with Ian in general. I'll be making them my go-to shop from now on.
This facility installed a brand new transmission in my van. They did a super job.
This shop is awesome. Ryan gave top notch customer service along with Ian. They are really nice and there price is reasonable. They work hard and do an amazing job. I recommend going to them because they will fix your car issue efficiently and you will leave with a smile on your face and a sense of relief knowing they fixed the issue properly.

Great experience at AAMCO Durham! My car needed servicing and I was given options without them being pushy. I was able to wait in a clean and comfortable area with a coffee and Cityline. It's far better than your average service shop, I will definitely return.
I use them all the time for my car repairs. They go above and beyond to make sure that everything is working and the customer leaves happy!

Fast Service and they make sure you leave with the problem fixed right. Did my transmission, clutch and engine work 4 years ago and it's still running strong. Did my snow tires and oil change with 24 hours notice! Great Service!
Absolutely great customer service and such a friendly atmosphere. Honest and trustworthy, which is hard to find these days. The work was done quickly and at a very reasonable price. Was referred by a friend and I will definitely be urging family and friends to have their vehicle serviced here.
These guys seem to be the best I just got my car back and the clutch feels and runs like new so please hear me out they quote for free and they do darn great work I honestly couldn't be happier without my car I felt naked now it's back even better I feel fully dressed and looking great
Very impressed with this company for their level of care. Was referred to them from Speedy Muffler around the corner yesterday. Took my vehicle and dropped it off and then received a call of what the issue was and that Speedy could actually do it. They then proceeded to drive our vehicle back to Speedy for us so they could do the work. What business does that these days. That makes them stand out to me in a big way.

They treated our daughter with dignity and respect, explained everything clearly, and helped her navigate the warranty process without talking down to her. After the way she was treated by Hyundai, their professionalism and honesty really stood out. They got her vehicle repaired quickly and efficiently, which helped keep her business running.
