First time bringing my vehicle here for service and I will definitely be back! I talked to Ian, he provided fantastic service and was very professional. I was kept updated throughout the day about the progress on my vehicle. I would recommend this place to anyone.
Great service
I just had my wife's 2011 Kia Soul repaired at AAMCO Transmissions in Whitby and I feel compelled to write a review that expresses how pleasant the experience was. Ian, Ryan and Joe were very professional in their approach,. They guy's diagnosed the break issue and quickly presented me with a solution. The car was repaired quicker then I expected and working perfectly. I was shocked to receive a call a few days later from Ryan asking me if everything was ok with the repair or were their any issues he should know about. This is a level of customer service that is not common and was greatly appreciated...Thank you to the AAMCO Team!

Had my Toyota dropped off for what I expected to be some very pricey transmission work, great shop with some honest techs, turns out it wasn't the transmission at all. Very happy with the service, and with Ian in general. I'll be making them my go-to shop from now on.
This facility installed a brand new transmission in my van. They did a super job.
This shop is awesome. Ryan gave top notch customer service along with Ian. They are really nice and there price is reasonable. They work hard and do an amazing job. I recommend going to them because they will fix your car issue efficiently and you will leave with a smile on your face and a sense of relief knowing they fixed the issue properly.

Great experience at AAMCO Durham! My car needed servicing and I was given options without them being pushy. I was able to wait in a clean and comfortable area with a coffee and Cityline. It's far better than your average service shop, I will definitely return.
I use them all the time for my car repairs. They go above and beyond to make sure that everything is working and the customer leaves happy!

Fast Service and they make sure you leave with the problem fixed right. Did my transmission, clutch and engine work 4 years ago and it's still running strong. Did my snow tires and oil change with 24 hours notice! Great Service!
I had my car loaded with everything I owned moving from Quebec to BC when my clutch disintegrated on the 401. The folks at AAMCO not only answered my call on a Sunday so that I could arrange to drop it off, but got working on it first thing Monday morning, and did a three to five day job by 11am Tuesday morning. This meant a great deal to me since I was moving early in order to try to see a terminal friend back home. They moved heaven and earth to get me there and put up with my constant pestering with patience and kindness. I also appreciated the way everything was explained to me thoroughly and without condescension, which has not always been my experience as a woman working with mechanics. I'd highly recommend these folks for their honesty, hard work, and patience. The clutch is working great and I'm going to make it home on the day I planned. Thanks AAMCO Whitby!
I am very happy I chose to go to AAMCO for servicing my vehicle today. I came in for AC inspection for malfunctioning AC and left with a cooled car and a 1 year warranty on the work! Special shout out to Ian and Mark who were cheerful, honest and efficient. I highly recommend.

This was my first experience with AAMCO and I was very pleased with the customer service and the job they did. The staff communicated with me throughout the process letting me know what needed to be done and why. They were friendly and answered all my questions. I definitely would recommend it.
